At Baseball America, we pride ourselves on going deep at all levels of the sport. That extends to our annual Preseason Top 30 Prospects lists.

Building out Top 30s is one of our most rigorous and anticipated exercises of the year. These lists are the culmination of months of reporting with various scouts, executives and front office personnel throughout the industry. The finished product culminates in our Prospect Handbook and online lists exclusively for Baseball America subscribers.

Of course, each year there are prospects who just miss the cut for a variety of reasons. Don’t necessarily count them out. Some will go on to impact the big leagues in 2024perhaps as relievers or role playerswhile others are relatively unknown, but have an interesting mix of ingredients that could portend a potential breakout.

We compiled those players below for Baseball America subscribers. Below, find the next 10 prospects in every MLB system, complete with condensed scouting reports ahead of the 2024 season.
