Caleb Durbin, 2B, Yankees: A former Division III standout with Washington University in St. Louis, Durbin was a 14th round pick of the Braves back in 2021 who the Yankees acquired heading into 2023. He has a solid season across High-A and Double-A hitting .304/.395/.427 with 36 stolen bases over 69 games. Durbin has hit .358/.465/.568. in Arizona Fall League play. On Wednesday, Durbin went 2-for-4 with a double and a stolen base. The steal was Durbin’s 21st in AFL play, leaving him just three stolen bases away from the AFL single-season record.

Liam Hicks, C, Rangers: Hicks’ Fall League performance stands out even among a sea of impressive contributors. His line with Surprise is now .449/.553/.522 over 18 games after going 1-for-3 with a walk on Wednesday. He has excellent bat-to-ball skills and a strong approach, sacrificing any power potential to consistently put the ball in play. After a strong showing in the Fall League, Hicks has raised his profile as a prospect.

Damiano Palmegiani, 3B, Blue Jays: The Blue Jays have unearthed strong offensive talents from later in the draft in recent years, including both Davis Schneider and Spencer Horwitz, who were taken in the 24th round or later. Palmegiani is the next in that line of underrated players with upside at the plate. The Canadian national (via Venezuela) connected for his fifth home run of the Fall League on Wednesday. Palmegiani has hit .263/.371/.553 over 21 games with 11 extra base hits. He is limited defensively, but has a combination of good approach, average bat-to-ball skills and power.

Chase DeLauter, OF, Guardians: Outside of a rough week, DeLauter has hit throughout his time in the Arizona Fall League. DeLauter went 2-for-4 with a double on Wednesday as Peoria defeated Glendale 2-1. Over 22 AFL games, DeLauter is hitting .281/.375/.524 with five home runs, five stolen bases and 14 walks to 11 strikeouts. The Guardians outfielder is a well-rounded player who could push his way to the major league roster by the middle of 2024 with a strong showing in the first half of the season.

Jakob Marsee, OF, Padres: The breakout name of the Arizona Fall League season, Marsee continues to perform as the calendar winds down. He went 1-for-3 on Wednesday with a walk and two stolen bases. Marsee is hitting .393/.504/.708 with 17 extra base hits. Marsee has shown more power during Arizona Fall League play and has hit some of the hardest balls of his professional career in AFL play.

Jackson Chourio, OF, Brewers: Chourio is playing in the Venezuelan winter league with Aguilas Del Zulia. The top prospect in the Brewers system continued his inspired play in his home country, going 3-for-5 day with a double, an RBI and two runs. Chourio is hitting .343/.410/.486 with a home run and two doubles over nine games.
