Transactions involving minor league players for the period Nov. 12-20. All transactions conveyed by Major League Baseball.

This year, teams added 110 players to 40-man rosters at the Nov. 20 deadline to finalize reserve lists for the Rule 5 draft. The full list appears below, complete with hyperlinks. Two significant transactions checkpoints remain for this offseason, which you can find here.

The Orioles’ Konner Wade trade with the Rockies marks the eighth such trade in which Baltimore has parted with international bonus pool money since the signing period began on July 2. The other 29 teams have combined to make 13 trades involving international money.

The White Sox signed minor league free agent third baseman Patrick Leonard, who played at Triple-A Durham in the Rays system this year. He hit .268/.327/.408 in 131 games and ranked fourth in the International League with 32 doubles. Tampa Bay acquired Leonard after the 2012 season in the Wil Myers trade with the Royals.

The Dodgers signed 29-year-old Cuban second baseman Jose Miguel Fernandez for $200,000 in January. He spent most of the season at Double-A Tulsa—and hit .306/.366/.498 in 90 games—so the reason for his release is still forthcoming.

The Padres don’t shy away from challenging young international prospects. Dominican shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr. finished the season as an 18-year-old in the Double-A Texas League playoffs. Mexican righthander Andres Munoz pitched effectively as an reliever in the Arizona Fall League, where he was the league’s youngest player at 18. Now, 17-year-old Venezuelan shortstop Gabriel Arias will participate in the Australian Baseball League as one of its youngest players—if not the youngest.

Braves outfielder Ronald Acuna used the ABL to build prospect momentum last offseason, and he carried that momentum into 2017 by winning the BA Minor League Player of the Year award.
