Justice is old for the class and is already 23 on draft day, but he’s been a solid arm for the Wolfpack in both a starting and relieving role. This spring he posted a 3.77 ERA over 59.2 innings while striking out 74 batters and walking 25. He started throwing harder this year and sat with a fastball around the 93-95 mph range and touched 98, and also took a step forward with his strike throwing compared to previous years.
