A 37th-round pick of the Phillies in 2014 out of high school, Rogalla is big and physical (6-foot-3, 215 pounds) with a 90-93 mph fastball with some run that touches 95 and a hard, downer 12-to-6 curveball. Rogalla's control comes and goes as he'll show flashes of dominance surrounded by starts where he can't find the strike zone. His frame, fastball/curveball combination and ability to generate swings and misses give him a chance to succeed in pro ball, but the inconsistencies and effort in his delivery may lead to a move to the bullpen.
