Cohen is a 6-foot-1, 177-pound righthander with a funky delivery who’s been up to 97 mph at his best with his fastball. Cohen’s secondaries aren’t anything above-average, but they could become solid offerings. This spring Cohen split time between starting and relieving, so he wasn’t able to get into much of a rhythm and it was also tough to get him scouted, but he has some talent and athleticism.
