BLUE BELL, Pa.—Resnick Amsterdam Leshner, certified public accountants and business advisors to more than 50 Minor League baseball teams over the past 32 years, is now part of HBK CPAs and Consultants (HBK), a national multi-disciplinary financial services firm.

According to RAL’s Steve Resnick, “The merger helps us bring a broader level of expertise and service offerings to our clients, helping them grow their businesses while we remain the same people they have always known”. The former RAL will retain its Blue Bell, Pa., address but will operate under the HBK name as one of HBK’s regional locations, in addition to HBK’s other locations in Ohio, New Jersey and Florida.

Established in 1949, HBK consists of nearly 400 professionals in a wide range of tax, accounting, audit, business advisory, valuation, financial planning, wealth management and support services. They deliver industry-specific technical resources and expertise in sports franchises, manufacturing, healthcare (including long term care), real estate and construction, automotive dealerships, and not-for-profit organizations.
