Taiwan 2023 World Baseball Classic Roster

Taiwan announced its 30-man roster for the World Baseball Classic over the weekend, cementing the team that will try to win Pool A on its home field.
The roster is led by former Red Sox infielder Tzu-Wei Lin, former Guardians infielder Yu-Cheng Chang, former Rays righthander Chih-Wei Hu and former Athletics lefthander Wei-Chung Wang. Giants prospect righthander Kai-Wei Teng and Pirates prospect infielder Tsung-Che Cheng are among the other notable players on the roster.
Taiwan will host Pool A, which also features Italy, the Netherlands, Cuba and Panama. The team will be managed by Yueh-Ping Ling, the manager of the Uni-President Lions in the Chinese Professional Baseball League.
