Baseball Hotbeds: Top 100 Baseball-Producing Cities

Baseball America sorted all major league and affiliated minor league players active from 2011 to 2017 into groups according to the city where they attended high school. That research yielded the following top 100 ranking of America’s hottest baseball-producing cities. Well, actually a hot 106 because of ties. An asterisk (*) indicates a player who is not a prominent major leaguer but is otherwise notable.
