For more than 40 years, Baseball America has analyzed prospects at all levels of the game, charting their progress as they travel the player development continuum from the amateur ranks to the draft to the minor leagues and, ultimately, to MLB.

Now, BA has tailored a ranking of prospects in this wide-ranging universe specifically for those in dynasty leagues.

Behold the Baseball America Dynasty 1,000, a ranking of more than 1,000 relevant players in the dynasty space, from grizzled major leaguers to green rookies to promising prospects to players who aren’t yet affiliated with MLB organizations.

That last bit makes the BA Dynasty 1,000 unique. Our dynasty ranking has an "open universe" component to help determined fantasy managers make sense of high-upside domestic and international amateurs who will sign later in 2022—or beyond—and also the top foreign professionals in Japan and Korea who might one day star in MLB.

BA is uniquely positioned to aid dynasty players, because we cover prospects at all levels of professional, amateur and international baseball.

How to use the Baseball America Dynasty 1,000

• The overall player ranking sorts players by value potential, with an emphasis on projected MLB production over the next three seasons.

• The Prospect column displays an overall prospect ranking for dynasty leagues. It is not a direct reflection of our Top 100 Prospects.

• The table rows are fully sortable.

• To filter results by position, age or organization, simply use the Search field. Enter “Open” to view all open universe players. The position groups we use are SP, RP, C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS and OF.

Pitch Clock Reduces 2023 Opening Day Games By Average of 26 Minutes

Opening Day games averaged 2 hours, 45 minutes with the new pitch clock this year, down from 3:11 on Opening Day in 2022.
