2023 MLB International Reviews For All 30 Teams

2023 International Reviews

Our annual International Reviews are here for Baseball America subscribers, offering comprehensive reports and analysis of every team's international signing class.

Every team's report has a breakdown of the top players in its class, other key names to know and sleepers from each organization among lower bonus players. In all, there are scouting reports on more than 250 international prospects.

With the signing period having opened on Jan. 15, these players have been in camp at their team facilities in the Dominican Republic in recent months, offering the opportunity for updated information and a look at which players have been trending up.

While draft picks in the United States might be more widely known when they sign, International Reviews are the best way to know international prospects before many of them become more widely known in the next few years.

The signing period remains open until Dec. 15, so teams can continue adding to their classes, though many teams have already spent either all or close to all of their bonus pool money at this point.

You can read each club's International Review below, as well as a list of the top 100 bonus players with scouting reports on each of those players.
