The third season of a deliberate rebuild under executive vice president and general manager Mike Elias brought another year of losing in the big leagues. The Orioles lost an MLB-high 110 games and will draft No. 1 overall in 2022. 

But Elias promised they’d work tirelessly to build an elite talent pipeline to Camden Yards, not provide a quick turnaround in the majors, and they’re certainly on track for the former.
