In our ninth annual International Reviews, Baseball America subscribers have access to scouting reports on nearly 300 international prospects who signed in 2018. The International Reviews include reports on every player who signed for at least $150,000 during the 2018 calendar year, in addition to reports on lower bonus sleepers to watch.

Since the 2018-19 signing period is still in progress, the total signings column refers to the number of players a team signed during the 2018 calendar year. The top 2018-19 signee refers to a team's top signing since the 2018-19 signing period opened last year on July 2.
