For the third straight season, Tolman was Oregon's most consistent hitter, and he became even more productive as a junior as he peppered the gaps for 20 doubles, tied for the conference lead. Tolman has average size (6 feet, 190 pounds) and average-at-best tools, but he has a consistent lefthanded swing and continues to improve his plate discipline; he turned around a 54-20 K-BB ratio from 2014 to 40-43 in 2015. Tolman has enough arm strength and the hands for third base but could stand to improve his first-step quickness.
