Yorke is one of the most physical players in the 2025 draft class with a hulking 6-foot-2, 295-pound frame. A lefthanded hitter and first baseman, he has above-average raw power and makes a lot of contact, though he tends to have a heavy pull-oriented batted ball profile. Yorke checks plenty of under-the-hood boxes, with impressive exit velocities, tons of contact in the zone and a keen batting eye that has led to a career 12.1% strikeout rate and 16.2% walk rate. There could be some untapped in-game power potential to be found if Yorke can get the ball in the air more consistently. His profile is heavily reliant on his hit/power combo because he’s a first base or DH who doesn’t run well or offer much defensive value.
