He pitches at 88-92 mph and touches 94, and his splitter has become a weapon for him, though it lacks consistency. When he's on, Taylor is electric, though he's consistently struggled with his control. Taylor's delivery can be difficult for him to repeat at times, and as a result he tends to lose control. He projects as a power reliever at the next level, though it is possible that he could develop into a starter.
