Breyfogle is a 6-foot-2, 185-pound lefthanded-hitting outfielder with present strength and an uphill swing capable of damage to the pull side. He has an upright stance with a slightly open setup, and has a pull-oriented approach and a swing capable of doing damage when he connects. He’s smooth to the ball but his bat path can get a bit long at times, and he’ll need to do a better job staying balanced and using the entire field against quality competition and more precise pitchers at the next level. He has solid line drive power and can turn on the baseball and leave the yard on pitches middle and down in the strike zone. Breyfogle is an above-average runner who has turned in 6.7-second times in the 60-yard dash and he is a center fielder now with solid instincts in the outfield. He has average arm strength and might wind up being a corner profile at the next level thanks to his large and projectable frame that should continue to fill out. Breyfogle is committed to Arizona, but could be a top-five rounds selection thanks to a fairly well-rounded tool set.
