Dons associate head coach Greg Moore wasn't the only one to go from Washington to San Francisco. Cimber, a lanky 6-foot-4, 180-pound senior, also headed south and was solid this year as the team's closer. He throws from a true sidearm slot, but has more velocity than pitchers usually get from that angle, pitching in the 87-89 mph range and touching 90. He mixes in a good slider and changeup and has shown the ability to be effective on back-to-back days.
