  Few teams have gotten a good look at Humbert, a truly fresh-armed pitcher who lives in the city known as the "Icebox of the Nation." The temperature gets below freezing roughly one-third of the year in International Falls, but Humbert has a promising arm, as he's shown an 88-92 mph fastball right now. There should be more in there as the Minnesota recruit is 6-foot-5 and has had limited time on the diamond, both due to the weather and because he was a prep basketball star and also played football until his senior year.
