Norman is a tooled-up and physical righthanded hitter who won a gold medal as a member of USA Baseball’s 15U national team in 2022. Now listed at 6-foot-2, 215 pounds, he has big-time raw power and generates some of the best exit velocities in the high school class while also showcasing a reasonable short swing in games. He has an extremely crouched stance that might give some scouts pause but rapid hand speed through the zone. Despite Norman’s physicality, he has turned in plus run times in a straight line, though he’s not consistently a plus runner in games and is a risk to move from third base to first at the next level. -

A gold medalist with USA Baseball at the U-15 World Cup in Mexico in September 2022, Norman has a jarring mix of power and speed. He looks the part of a physical slugger with his thick 6-foot-2 frame and the ball can fly off his bat with some of the best raw power in the class. It’s plus raw power, though with the way his swing works, he doesn’t often get to that power in games, so it will take adjustments to unlock more game power. For such a massive player, Norman has surprising speed, running plus times underway and moving well at third base with an above-average arm.
