After barely playing at a freshman at Oklahoma State, Milligan transfered to Cowley County (Kan.) JC. Blessed with a strong arm and surprising power for a 5-foot-10, 150 pounder, Millgan stole 30 bases in 30 tries for Cowley this year and also set a school record with nine triples. He hit .453/.571/.692 with five home runs. He was named to the JUCO Division I All-World Series team after hitting .500 at the JUCO World Series. Milligan was a catcher for Cowley, but he's also played outfield and has some defensive versatility. He's signed with Southern Miss.
