Spring Training is here, and for many prospects this marks the opportunity to experience a major league environment for perhaps the first time. Among this group are players that still are years away, while others are knocking on the door of the majors.
Keeping track of all the notable prospects in big league camp can be a burden. So below, we’ve compiled a list of notable prospect non-roster invites for every big league team, plus a link to each organization’s Top 30 Prospects.
Arizona Diamondbacks
Prospects To Know: Gino Groover, Kristian Robinson
Groover was sidelined for three months with a broken left wrist in 2024, but finished strong upon his promotion to Double-A Amarillo. Robinson, who has been in the organization for six years, has some one of the strongest swings in the farm system, with a 90th percentile exit velocity of 105.8 mph.

Athletics
Prospects To Know: Nick Kurtz, Colby Thomas
Kurtz showed why he was heralded as one of the most developed bats in the 2024 draft class by reaching Double-A Midland just seven games into his professional career. Thomas smashed 31 home runs between Double-A and Triple-A and was Baseball America’s Athletics 2024 Minor League Player of the Year. Both players could debut in Sacramento by the end of 2025.

Atlanta Braves
Prospect To Know: Drake Baldwin
Baldwin, the Braves’ No. 1 prospect, produced one of the highest 90th percentile exit velocities in Atlanta’s system last year. His bat is his strongest attribute with 20-plus homer potential, and he also has a 13.9% career minor league walk rate. The Braves have Chadwick Tromp as a backup catching option and also invited Curt Casali and Sandy Leon as non-roster options, but Baldwin could force his way to the big leagues fairly soon.
Non-Roster Invites
Royber Salinas (RHP), Drake Baldwin (C), Adam Zebrowski (C), José Devers (INF), Luke Waddell (INF)

Baltimore Orioles
Prospects To Know: Samuel Basallo, Enrique Bradfield Jr., Jud Fabian
Basallo, 20, is knocking on the door of the majors after hitting 20 homers between Double-A and Triple-A last year. Bradfield Jr. is one of the most dynamic players in the system, and Fabian possesses an uppercut swing that can cause some real damage if he can find a way to corral his strikeout rate.
Non-Roster Invites
Raul Alcántara (LHP), Justin Armbruester (RHP), Jakob Hernandez (LHP), Yaramil Hiraldo (RHP), Robinson Martínez (RHP), Rodolfo Martinez (RHP), Carlos Tavera (RHP), Thaddeus Ward (RHP), Nate Webb (RHP), Silas Ardoin (C), David Bañuelos (C), Samuel Basallo (C), Maverick Handley (C), Jeremiah Jackson (INF), Livan Soto (INF), Terrin Vavra (INF), Enrique Bradfield Jr. (OF), Jud Fabian (OF), Dylan Beavers (OF)

Boston Red Sox
Prospects To Know: Roman Anthony, Kristian Campbell, Marcelo Mayer
Boston’s big three are coming to camp led by Baseball America’s No. 2 prospect, Roman Anthony. Campbell, meanwhile, improved every aspect of his game en route to a breakout year in 2024, turning himself into a potential star. Mayer, who added strength to his already impressive bat speed while recording a career-low 20% strikeout rate, now just needs to prove he can stay healthy. None of these three have a clear path to big league playing time out of the gate following the Alex Bregman signing, but their talent may force the issue in Boston in relatively short order.
Non-Roster Invites
Brian Van Belle (RHP), Yovanny Cruz (RHP), Noah Davis (RHP), Bryan Mata (RHP) Nathan Hickey (C), Marcelo Mayers (SS), Kristian Campbell (2B/OF), Roman Anthony (OF)
Top 30 Red Sox Prospects For 2025
Chicago Cubs
Prospects To Know: Matt Shaw, Moises Ballesteros
Shaw’s invite to spring training is an audition for the Cubs’ vacant third base job, especially with the hit tools he possesses. Ballesteros’ underlying power compliments his ability to use all sides of the field, and he hit 19 home runs in 2024.
Non-Roster Invites
Brandon Birdsell (RHP), Cade Horton (RHP), Brandon Hughes (LHP), Brooks Kriske (RHP), Riley Martin (LHP), Antonio Santos (RHP), Pablo Aliendo (C), Moises Ballesteros (C), Matt Shaw (INF), James Triantos (INF), Jonathan Long (INF), Christian Franklin (OF), Brett Bateman (OF)

Chicago White Sox
Prospects To Know: Noah Schultz, Hagen Smith
Schultz and Smith have the potential to be dominant front-end starters for the White Sox. They both have fastballs that blaze in the upper 90s and secondary pitches that produce plenty of whiffs. The White Sox also hinted this winter it may not be long before fans see both in Chicago.
Non-Roster Invites
Mason Adams (RHP), Eric Adler (RHP), Peyton Pallette, Grant Taylor (RHP), Trey McGough (LHP), Noah Schultz (LHP), Hagen Smith (LHP), Adam Hackenberg (C), Edgar Quero (C), Kyle Teel (C), Tim Elko (INF), Jacob Gonzalez (INF), Chase Meidroth (INF), Braden Montgomery (OF), Wilfred Veras (OF)

Cincinnati Reds
Prospects To Know: Chase Burns, Cam Collier
Spring training marks our first extended look at Burns, who has yet to officially debut as a professional. His high-90s fastball that touches 100 at times will be a sight to see. Collier has a knack for performing well in elevated settings. He hit the first-ever MLB spring breakout homer and was named 2024 Futures Game MVP.
Non-Roster Invites
Jose Acuña (RHP), Chase Burns (RHP), Zach Maxwell (RHP), Chase Petty (RHP), Lenny Torres (RHP), Will Banfield (C), Michael Trautwein (RHP), Cam Collier (INF), Ivan Johnson (INF), Sal Stewart (INF), Edwin Arroyo (INF), Hector Rodriguez (OF)
Top 30 Reds Prospects For 2025
Cleveland Guardians
Prospect To Know: Chase DeLauter
DeLauter’s bat has 35-homer potential based on his immense exit velocities, but he has only played 96 games through his two years because of a recurring foot injury. Standing at 6-foot-4, DeLauter also makes plenty of contact with a .317 career average. While Travis Bazzana, the No. 1 overall draft pick last summer, will not officially be part of Cleveland’s big league camp, he could still see action in the Cactus League.
Non-Roster Invites
Tanner Burns (RHP), Will Dion (LHP), Bradley Hanner (RHP), Mason Hickman (RHP), Zak Kent (RHP), Jack Leftwich (RHP), Andrew Misiaszek (LHP), Ryan Webb (LHP), Jake Anchia (C), Cooper Ingle (C), Kody Huff (C), Dayan Frías (INF), Micah Pries (INF), Yordys Valdés (INF), Will Wilson (INF), Chase DeLauter (OF), George Valera (OF), Kahlil Watson (OF)
Top 30 Guardians Prospects For 2025
Colorado Rockies
Prospects To Know: Chase Dollander, Cole Carrigg, Carson Palmquist
Dollander is a top 10 prospect in the game and might well be the best pitching prospect in Rockies history. Carrigg showed he can do it all in his first full pro season by hitting .280/.358/.475 with 16 homers and 51 steals. Palmquist has a sidearm approach and doesn’t overwhelm with velocity, but he knows how to locate all his pitches with deception.
Non-Roster Invites
Zach Agnos (RHP), Chase Dollander (RHP), Tommy Doyle (RHP), Gabriel Hughes (RHP), Jack O’Loughlin (LHP), Carson Palmquist (LHP), Jefry Yan (LHP), Sean Sullivan (LHP), Julio Carreras (INF), Kyle Karros (INF), Ryan Ritter (OF), Cole Carrigg (OF), Benny Montgomery (OF), Sterlin Thompson (OF), Bryan Betancourt (C), Braxton Fulford (C), Ronaiker Palma (C)

Detroit Tigers
Prospects To Know: Thayron Liranzo, Hao-Yu Lee
Liranzo has proven to be productive from both sides of the plate while still maintaining power and having a plus arm behind the dish. Lee is one of the hardest hitters in the system and knows how to read the strike zone really well.
Non-Roster Invites
Jordan Balazovic (RHP), Dietrich Enns (LHP), Wilmer Flores (RHP), Matt Gage (LHP), Wilkel Hernandez (RHP), Ryan Miller (RHP), Ricky Vanasco (RHP), Brendan White (RHP), Eliexer Alfonzo (C), Thayron Lirzanzo (C), Hao-Yu Lee (INF), Eddys Leonard (INF), Andrew Navigato (INF)

Houston Astros
Prospects To Know: Cam Smith, Jacob Melton, Brice Matthews
Smith, the prized prospect in the Kyle Tucker trade, showed off his power by homering in six straight games in his first taste of pro ball last season. Melton went deep 15 times and has room to grow if he can improve his batted-ball angles. Matthews can hit for power and has plus speed, now the question is whether he can sustain enough contact.
Non-Roster Invites
A.J. Blubaugh (RHP), Aaron Brown (RHP), Jose Fleury (RHP), Ray Gaither (RHP), Misael Tamarez (RHP), Miguel Ullola (RHP), Logan VanWey (RHP), Brandon Walter (LHP), Blake Weiman (LHP), Bryan Lavastida (C), Miguel Palma (C), Collin Price (C), Jesús Bastidas (INF), Brice Matthews (INF), Tommy Sacco Jr. (INF), Cam Smith (INF), Quincy Hamilton (OF), Jacob Melton (OF)
Top 30 Astros Prospects For 2025
Kansas City Royals
Prospects To Know: Jac Caglianone, Blake Mitchell, Carter Jensen
Caglianone’s uphill, lefthanded swing has game-changing power potential, but he needs to prove he can continue to cut his strikeout rate and improve his walk rate. Mitchell and Jensen both smashed 18 homers last year and both have plus power potential to go along with decent contact rates if they can keep improving pitch selection.
Non-Roster Invites
Chandler Champlain (RHP), Taylor Clarke (RHP), Austin Cox, Junior Fernández (RHP), Tyson Guerrero (LHP), Andrew Hoffman (RHP), Ben Kudrna (RHP), Anthony Simonellii (RHP), Beck Way (RHP), Steven Zobach (RHP), Kyle Hayes (C), Omar Hernandez (C), Carter Jensen (C), Blake Mitchell (C), Brian O’Keefe (C), Luca Tresh (C), Jac Caglianone (1B), Cam Devanney (INF), Tyler Tolbert (INF), Javier Vaz (INF), Gavin Cross (OF), John Rave (OF)
Top 30 Royals Prospects For 2025
Los Angeles Angels
Prospects To Know: Christian Moore, George Klassen
Moore could have been in the majors last season if it wasn’t for a meniscus injury that halted his progress at Double-A Rocket City, where he slashed .322/.378/.533 with five home runs in 25 games. Klassen’s fastball sits in the upper 90s and touches 100 mph, and he added a knockout slider to complement his power curve and cutter.
Non-Roster Invites
Chris Cortez (RHP), Michael Darrell-Hicks (RHP), Angel Felipe (RHP), Jose Fermin (RHP), Austin Gordon (RHP), Ryan Johnson (RHP), George Klassen (RHP), Camden Minacci (RHP), Samy Natera (LHP), Juan Flores (C), Dario Laverde (C), Alberto Rios (C), Sebastián Rivero (C), Cole Fontenelle (INF), Denzer Guzman (INF), David Mershon (INF), Christian Moore (INF), Nelson Rada (OF), Bryce Teodosio (OF)
Top 30 Angels Prospects For 2025
Los Angeles Dodgers
Prospect To Know: Roki Sasaki
The Roki Sasaki sweepstakes was one of the headliners this offseason, and it’s easy to see why his video game-like pitch arsenal was so coveted. In high school, Sasaki reached 101 mph, breaking Shohei Ohtani’s record for velocity, and while in the NPB he tossed a perfect game with a record 19 strikeouts at 20 years old. Sasaki fronts a loaded Dodgers non-roster invite group that includes Jackson Ferris, Dalton Rushing, Alex Freeland, Josue De Paula and Zyhir Hope.

Miami Marlins
Prospects To Know: Joe Mack, Jakob Marsee
Mack has power, as he hit 22 home runs in Double-A, solid defense with a strong arm and framing. Marsee stole 52 bases and smashed 10 home runs and is stellar defensively with a plus arm in the outfield, but he’ll need to cut down the strikeout rate to see even more success.
Non-Roster Invites
Josh Ekness (RHP), Woo-Suk Go (RHP), Justin King (LHP), Patrick Monteverde (LHP), Robinson Pina (RHP), Matt Pushard (RHP), Christian Roa (RHP), Austin Roberts (RHP), John Rooney (LHP), Josh Simpson (LHP), Dale Stanavich (LHP), Robby Snelling (LHP), Freddy Tarnok (RHP), Bennett Hosteler (C), Ryan Ignoffo (C), Joe Mack (C), Jacob Berry (INF), Troy Johnston (INF), Nathan Motorella (INF), Heriberto Hernandez (OF), Jakob Marsee (OF), Andrew Pintar (OF), Ronny Simon (OF)
Top 30 Marlins Prospects For 2025
Milwaukee Brewers
Prospect To Know: Jacob Misiorowski
Misiorowski has elite fastball velocity, a power curve and slider. He has the stuff to hint at front-end starter potential one day in Milwaukee and struck out 127 batters over 97.1 innings in the upper minors. His potent arsenal has often come with scattered control, though, and he’ll need to prove he can throw enough strikes to stick in a rotation.
Non-Roster Invites
Tyler Jay (LHP), Easton McGee (RHP), Jacob Misiorowski (RHP), Craig Yoho (RHP), David García (C), Darrien Miller (C), Ramòn Rodriguez (C), Raynel Delgado (INF), Ernesto Martinez Jr. (INF), Cooper Pratt (INF), Anthony Seigler (INF), Jimmy Herron (OF), Luis Lara (OF)
Top 30 Brewers Prospects For 2025
Minnesota Twins
Prospect To Know: Luke Keaschall
Keaschall had an impressive .303/.420/.483 slash line between High-A and Double-A, particularly because he doesn’t chase outside the strike zone often. He doesn’t hit the ball as hard as some other Top 100 Prospects, but his pitch selection allowed him to homer 15 times last season.
Non-Roster Invites
Scott Blewett (RHP), Ryan Jensen (RHP), Cory Lewis (RHP), Andrew Morris (RHP), Alex Speas (RHP), Jeferson Morales (C), Patrick Winkel (C), Armando Alvarez (INF), Luke Keaschall (INF), Alex Isola (INF), Yunior Severino (INF)

New York Mets
Prospects To Know: Jett Williams, Brandon Sproat
Williams’ game stands out because of his on-base ability, disciplined swing decisions and speed, with solid-average power and a clean swing. Velocity is the key to Sproat’s success, as his four-seam fastball tops at 101.5 mph, helping him record 131 strikeouts through three levels last year.
Non-Roster Invites
Ty Adcock (RHP), Dom Hamel (RHP), Grant Hartwig (RHP), Brandon Sproat (RHP), Blade Tidwell (RHP), Brandon Waddell (LHP), Kevin Parada (C), Jakson Reetz (C), Hayden Senger (C), Chris Williams (C), Ryan Clifford (INF), Luis De Los Santos (INF), Luke Ritter (INF), Jett Williams (INF), Drew Gilbert (OF), Alex Ramírez (INF)

New York Yankees
Prospects To Know: George Lombard Jr., Roderick Arias
Lombard has shown flashes of power and line-drive potential, although he struggled during the beginning of the 2024 season reading fastballs. He has a high ceiling if he can add strength and develop his swing. Arias cut down his strikeout rate and showed promise as a switch-hitter with a stronger lefthanded swing.
Non-Roster Invites
Sean Boyle (RHP), Colten Brewer (RHP), Chase Hampton (RHP), Cristian Hernandez (RHP), Erick Leal (RHP), Brandon Leibrandt (LHP), Leonardo Pestana (RHP), Eric Reyzelman (RHP), Jayven Sandridge (RHP), Cam Schlitter (RHP), Kevin Stevens (RHP), Allan Winans (RHP), Rafael Flores (C), Ronaldo Hernández (C), Omar Martinez (C), Roderick Arias (INF), George Lombard Jr. (INF), T.J. Philadelphia Phillies
Prospect To Know: Andrew Painter
Painter returned to the mound during the Arizona Fall League after missing 2023 and 2024 while recovering from Tommy John surgery. His electric stuff, highlighted by a fastball that touches triple digits with 70-grade potential, a plus slider, and developing changeup and curveball, could help him sneak into the Phillies’ starting rotation to begin the season.
Non-Roster Invites
Koyo Aoyagi (RHP), Tristan Garnett (LHP), Griff McGarry (RHP), John McMillon (RHP), Nicholas Padilla (RHP), Andrew Painter (RHP), Austin Schulfer (RHP), Guillo Zuñiga (RHP), Josh Breaux (C), Payton Henry (C), Paul McIntosh (C), Caleb Ricketts (C), Rodolfo Castro (INF), Otto Kemp (INF), Rafael Lantigua (INF), Aidan Miller (INF), Carson Taylor (INF), Justin Crawford (OF), Matt Kroon (OF), Gabriel Rincones Jr. (OF)

Chandler worked on his upper-90s fastball and secondary pitches to enhance his performance in 2024, with steadily improving command, especially after reaching Triple-A. Griffin was Pittsburgh’s 2024 first-round pick but has yet to make his professional debut. He has an impressive mix of size and strength that the Pirates are hoping can help grow his swing.

San Diego Padres
Prospects To Know: Leodalis De Vries, Ethan Salas
De Vries, 18, smashed 11 home runs and drove in 38 runs while impressing with his bat speed and ability to use the entire field with power in his Low-A debut last year. Salas spent all of 2024 in High-A Fort Wayne in his second pro season. His surface-level production took a hit, but he still has impressive bat-to-ball skills for his age and is a Gold Glove-caliber defender.

San Francisco Giants
Prospect To Know: Bryce Eldridge
Eldridge ascended from Low-A to Triple-A at just 19 years old, slugging 23 home runs and continues to make improvements with his bat. The Giants are impressed with his impact metrics, but he still needs to learn how to adapt to elevated fastballs and breaking balls, plus improve defensively.

Seattle Mariners
Prospects To Know: Colt Emerson, Cole Young
Emerson shows promising on-base ability, slashing .263/.393/.376 with almost as many walks as strikeouts, as well as baserunning instincts that help makes up for his lack of power. Young, similarly to Emerson, doesn’t show a ton of power but can get on base, as he hit .279/.369/.390. Pitchers have a hard time putting Young away.

Wetherholt was the seventh overall pick in the 2024 draft and enjoyed a strong introduction to pro ball, hitting .295 against Low-A competition. He’s an advanced hitter with a line-drive approach. Mathews was one of the minors’ breakout pitching stars last year. He rose from Low-A to Triple-A with a combined 2.76 ERA and 202 strikeouts, led by his mid-90s fastball.

Top 30 Cardinals Prospects For 2025
Tampa Bay Rays
Prospect To Know: Carson Williams
Williams has crushed 62 homers since 2022, the most among minor league shortstops during that time, and he has the potential to cause more damage at the plate as he continues to develop. He also swiped 33 bases in Double-A Montgomery, and his good footwork has made him a plus defender with a .979 fielding percentage with just nine errors in all of 2024. While his glove may be ready now, Williams has to prove he can make enough contact against advanced pitching.

Prospect To Know: Sebastian Walcott
Walcott’s 6-foot-5, 190-pound frame oozes athleticism, and his 90th percentile exit velocity of 106.4 mph was the third-best in the Rangers system in 2024. He started last season slowly, but he got better at picking up spin as the season progressed and more consistently tapped into his 65-grade raw power, ending the year with a promotion to Double-A.

Washington Nationals
Prospect To Know: Jarlin Susana
Regardless of the level, Susana’s fastball that sits at 99-100 and tops out at 103 mph is one of the hardest in the game. It helped produce the best strikeout rate—14.2 per nine innings—of any minor league starter last year. But the righthander focused on developing his secondary pitches, specifically generating a 24% swing strike rate with his cut slider, which will be the key to his success in 2025 and beyond.
