Tink Hence Makes Rehab Start
Cardinals righthander Tink Hence took the next steps on the road to St. Louis on Tuesday by making a rehab start for Low-A Palm Beach. The righthander, who is working his way back from a strained rib cage muscle, went 1.2 shutout innings against St. Lucie. He allowed three hits, walked a pair and struck out one. Hence brought his fastball up to 96 mph and got two swings and misses before yielding to the bullpen.
