Tigers Promote Max Clark, Kevin McGonigle To High-A
The West Michigan Whitecaps announced on Sunday evening that outfielder Max Clark and shortstop Kevin McGonigle, the team’s top two position prospects, have been promoted from Low-A Lakeland. Clark ranks as the No. 25 prospect on the Baseball America Top 100 and McGonigle ranks one spot behind him at No. 26. Clark was hitting .286/.386/.421 for Lakeland while McGonigle was hitting .326/.407/.470.
