High-A West Michigan second baseman Max Anderson went 2-for-4 with two doubles in Game 1 of the Whitecaps doubleheader on Sunday and then went 2-for-3 in the nightcap. What’s more remarkable is that this continued a streak where Anderson has had two hits in each of his past five games. Anderson is hitting .311/.373/.443 this month, although he only has four extra-base hits (two doubles and two home runs). He’s hitting .265/.316/.390 overall this season.
