Sal Stewart Has Monster Night Triple-A Louisville
Top 100 Prospect Sal Stewart has long had his doubters, but right now, most of them are pretty quiet. On Wednesday, Stewart once again led the charge for Louisville in their 14-2 rout of Gwinnett, going 4-for-6 with two doubles, a home run and five RBIs. Even more remarkable was that all five of Stewart’s RBIs came by the fifth inning. While there are legitimate positional questions around Stewart’s long-term future, there’s no denying his combination of plus hitting ability and above-average power.
