Rockies Prospect Ryan Ritter Blasts Two More Homers
Ritter is in the midst of an epic hot streak. The Rockies infielder ranked fourth on this week’s Hot Sheet after blasting three home runs on Sunday for Triple-A Albuquerque. He hit two more homers on Tuesday, bringing his season total to 14 longballs through his first 46 games in Triple-A. Ritter’s contact and swing decisions were already trending up in 2025. Opportunity is aplenty in Colorado’s infield outside of shortstop Ezequiel Tovar—even if the club curiously signed Orlando Arcia—and Ritter figures to get a look in the majors at some point this season.
