Jobe Hits 101 MPH, Strikes Out Two
The Tigers’ top prospect struck out two batters as he worked the ninth in a 1-0 victory Tuesday over the Twins. Jobe hit 101 mph twice in this outing and generated five whiffs, including two against his changeup, one against his slider, one against his four-seam and another against his cut fastball. Jobe will return to the minor leagues to begin 2024, but could be one of the bigger impact callups this summer.
