D-backs Alexander Makes Case For Roster Spot
Blaze Alexander went 1-for-2 with his second home run of the spring on Tuesday. That raised his slash line to .400/.431/.655, as he did pretty much everything he could to land a spot on the D-backs Opening Day roster. Arizona has yet to announce its final roster, but Alexander’s strong spring, combined with his ability to capably play all around the infield has given him a solid shot of making the roster.
