Rays shortstop Carson Williams has turned in an impressive age-21 season with Double-A Montgomery, rising to No. 8 in our latest Top 100 on the strength of his excellent defense and power potential. He showed off that thump in a big spot Tuesday night, hitting a walk-off grand slam in a 7-4 extra-innings win over Chattanooga. Williams went 2-for-5 on the night and is now hitting .254/.350/.462 with 18 homers and 32 steals, albeit with a 28.5% strikeout rate.
