Caglianone Crushes Two Fall League Homers
It’s no secret that Royals prospect Jac Caglianone has big-time power. In case it needed reinforcing, however, he used Thursday’s tilt to provide two more pieces of evidence. Facing Peoria, Caglianone went deep twice as part of a 3-for-5 effort with three RBIs and three runs scored. He also singled. Both of his home runs were hit at 106 mph or harder, and his single checked in with an exit velocity of 117 mph. He now has three home runs in the Fall League.
