Brewers’ Ortiz Has First Multi-Hit Game
Fresh off of finding out that he’s made the big league roster, Brewers infielder Joey Ortiz celebrated by going 2-for-3 with a home run. It was Ortiz’s first multi-hit game of the spring and his second home run. Ortiz is now hitting .216/.326/.459. He’s not slated to be a starter for the Brewers, but his excellent glove should give him playing time at second and third base and shortstop.
