Braves’ Jose Perdomo Makes Pro Debut
This January, the Braves signed shortstop Jose Perdomo at the head of their most recent international class. Injury, however, has kept off the field until now. He made his pro debut on Tuesday in the Dominican Summer League, where he went 1-for-2 before being removed. He currently ranks No. 6 among Atlanta’s Top 30 prospects. As an amateur, he drew comparisons to current Yankees infielder Gleyber Torres.
