As MLB and the MLBPA enter day two of the lockout, JJ Cooper spoke with labor lawyer Eugene Freedman to help him and hopefully listeners better understand what goes on in labor negotiations for a collective bargaining agreement. Freedman explains both sides rights as well as their responsibilities and explains what is often misunderstood about these type of negotiations.
