Every Top 100 Prospect On Spring Breakout Rosters

While No. 1 prospect Roki Sasaki is busy preparing to help front the Dodgers major league pitching staff this season, more than two-thirds of Baseball America’s Top 100 Prospects will participate in the Spring Breakout games this year. A total of 67 Top 100 are included on rosters, including five of the top 10.

The Red Sox have three top 15 prospects slated to play (OF Roman Anthony, 2B/OF Kristian Campbell and SS Marcelo Mayer). The Tigers have a pair of top 25 prospects playing (OF Max Clark and 2B Kevin McGonigle) even though the team’s No. 1 prospect Jackson Jobe is busy playing with the MLB team.

The Mariners and the Rays have the most Top 100 Prospects who will participate. Seattle has six Top 100 Prospects on the roster, including 16th-ranked Colt Emerson. The Rays also have six Top 100 Prospects playing, led by 11th-ranked Carson Williams.

The White Sox (5), Tigers (4), Red Sox (4) and Guardians (4) also have notable representation. The Brewers, Dodgers, Phillies and Rockies all have three Top 100 Prospects set to play.
