Zyhir Hope Slugs Fourth Home Run Of The Fall League
When the Dodgers acquired Zyhir Hope from the Cubs in January of this year they knew they were getting a high-upside talent. They certainly didn’t realize Hope’s hit tool would progress this quickly. After a strong season with Low-A Rancho Cucamonga, Hope has performed well in the AFL. Hope celebrated his Fall Stars appearance with a two-run homer in the top of the seventh inning on Monday. The home run gave Glendale a 7-3 advantage that they never relinquished. Hope’s home run was his fourth of the Fall League and raised his OPS to .811.
