Aaron Judge Named Cover Athlete For 2025 Topps Series 1, Coming Feb. 12
Just months after being unanimously voted 2024 American League MVP, Aaron Judge can already add the first big accolade of 2025 to his resume: cover athlete for the flagship 2025 Topps Series 1 baseball card release.
Topps made the announcement on Monday morning, releasing a video of Judge himself finding out the news.
Topps has not yet revealed the design for the cards, nor have they announced when the release will be available for presale.
An email from a marketing team that works with Topps and owner Fanatics says that the 2025 Series 1 release date is Feb. 12.
This is the 16th time that Judge has been the cover athlete for a Topps release. His former Yankee teammate Juan Soto was the cover athlete for last year’s Series 2 release.
