Baseball America annually polls major league organizations’ scouting departments to vote on preseason all-america teams. In addition to voting for first-, second- and third-team members, we ask scouting departments to vote on the players with the best tools in the country.

We have teams vote on many different categories for both hitters and pitchers.

You can find our Top 200 draft prospects here, and our 2021 preseason All-Americans here.
