Weeks has been one of the top performers in college baseball this season, leading all NCAA hitters in batting at .430/.478/.478 while playing in an offensive-oriented ballpark. He is a well-rounded athlete with a track record of performance but faces something of a tweener profile. He has played center field but fits better in a corner defensively, as a solid-average runner who is short of full-time center field status. His arm is average to a tick above and should allow him to handle right field. He hits to all fields and has strong hand-eye coordination at the plate, and he has struck out in just 8.2 percent of his plate appearances this season and 13.1 for his career. But his high average is something of a mirage because of an unsustainable BABIP (.452), and there is some length to his swing. His power might be short of a corner profile. The 6-foot-2, 180-pound Weeks has an athletic build, but his value at the next level will be tied to the production of his bat.
