Final 2019 Ranking: 36Skinny: Hayes has an unorthodox skill set for a third base prospect. He's a terrific fielder who could be one of the best defensive third basemen in the game and makes frequent contact, though his power is light for a third baseman and his approach is geared more for putting the ball in play than driving it for impact.
