By Justin Coleman

A decidedly draft-heavy focus headlines the top of the Cincinnati Reds farm system entering 2020, which includes a new No. 1 preseason prospect for just the third times since the start of the 2014 season.

Reds first-round picks from four of the last five drafts start the list. It's not a particularly deep system -- Cincinnati ended the season among the bottom third in our organization rankings -- especially at the top following the graduation of Nick Senzel and deal of Taylor Trammell to San Diego.

Still, there should be enough intriguing assets to help the Reds continue to fortify a big league roster that went 75-87 last season in a challenging NL Central, and has eyes on competing in the short term.
