School: TCU Committed/Drafted: Blue Jays ’23 (18). Age At Draft: 21.0
Brunson stepped into an immediate starting role with TCU as a freshman in 2024 and has held down the team’s center field job while improving year-over-year as a hitter. As a sophomore in 2025, he slashed .313/.391/.549 with solid contact skills while tripling his home run production, going from four to 12. Listed at 6-foot-3, 200 pounds, Brunson has an athletic frame with present physicality. He feasts on fastballs and rarely misses that pitch type while also boasting a sound approach that leads to modest strikeout numbers and solid on-base ability. Brunson is a solid runner, but not a burner, and there’s a chance he could move from center field to a corner in pro ball.
