Cancel's raw tools have put him on scouts' radars as they wait for him to turn his projection into production. Listed at 6-foot-1, 175 pounds, he has a strong, athletic build and is an average runner. He has good arm strength and could end up at third base. Cancel shows some power at the plate, especially when he can turn on the ball. To get to that pop consistently at the next level, however, he'll need to show he can adjust to premium velocity.
