Blake Drake

Drake is an athletic NAIA player who performed better as a sophomore than he did as a junior, when he hit .320/.394/.460 with four of his team's 10 home runs to go with 21 stolen bases. Drake shined in the West Coast League last summer, where he ranked as the No. 3 prospect, showing above-average speed and plus arm strength that helped him pitch in the past. Drake gets good enough reads and has the instincts to stay in center field. He has shown enough pop to keep hitters honest offensively and makes fairly consistent contact.
