North Dakota State hasn't had a player drafted since the Indians took future big leaguer Neil Wagner in the 21st round seven years ago, but the Bison have three candidates this year in righthanders Straka, Luke Anderson and Simon Anderson (no relation). The 6-foot-3, 200-pound Straka has the best stuff and command of the trio, showing the ability to locate an 88-91 mph fastball and an 83-85 mph cutter. He missed the entire 2010 season after he had Tommy John surgery on his elbow and developed a shoulder tear during his rehab.
