  Winn's been tough for clubs to get a read on this spring. Shoulder tendinitis forced him to be shut down last fall and it's taken most of the spring for him to get back up to speed. The mid-90s velocity he's shown in the past was only there in flashes this year, and there were some outings he worked in the 87-91 mph range as he tried to get his arm back into shape. Winn junked the curveball he came out of high school with in favor a slider, which has shown promise at times as he's gotten more comfortable with it. He doesn't have a Division I commitment and would likely return to Howard (Texas) JC if he doesn't sign.
