He has double-plus raw power, though he is a free-swinger, which has led to a high chase rate and low contact rate. When Donay makes contact, the ball flies, but the key is just doing so on a more consistent basis. He also has double-plus arm strength behind the dish, though his footwork and catching fundamentals will really need to improve in order for him to stick at the position. It would be interesting to see what he looks like off the mound.
