Kokx emerged as one of the most dangerous hitters in the Big West Conference this season despite playing his home games at cavernous Blair Field. He hit .366/.481/.571 with seven home runs and 29 RBIs and led the team with 14 stolen bases. Kokx isn’t the most physical or toolsiest player, but he plays hard and gets the most from his abilites. He’s an average runner with an average arm and has a chance to stick in center field because of his high effort level and good instincts in the outfield. He’s a performer offensively and has a chance to be a backup outfielder as long as he keeps hitting.
