Bray was Jacksonville State's best recruit, and rated by BA as the top newcomer for the Ohio Valley Conference, in 2012, but he left school during his freshman year to get closer to home. A talented two-way player, he was Feather River's third baseman and closer this year, and scouts like him better as a pitcher. He has a 6-foot-1, 175-pound build with quick-twitch athleticism. His fastball sits in the 93-94 mph range, topping out at 96. He flashes an above-average slider and a good changeup, though he doesn't use it much. He has been tough to see due to a limited workload. The team that drafts him will likely give him a shot to start because of his athleticism and fresh arm, but he also has back of the bullpen potential.
