Nori is 5-foot-11, 188-pound outfielder whose advanced age for the prep class will take him off many teams’ draft boards outright. He will be 19 on draft day and turns 20 in October, which makes him one of the oldest prospects in the class and one of the older top 100 talents the industry has seen in years. However, Nori also happens to be one of the better athletes, runners, defenders and pure hitters in the class. He employs a compact and direct swing from the left side and sets up with a wide base and minimal pre-pitch movements. He does a great job spraying line drives to all fields. Nori makes quality two-strike adjustments, and while he’s a contact-driven hitter in games, he has plenty of raw power that he can flash in batting practice as well. He consistently turns in 70-grade run times and had the fastest 60-yard time at Perfect Game’s national showcase in 2023. He uses that speed effectively on the bases and in center field, where he should stick and be a solid-average defender with a strong throwing arm. Nori’s age and lack of projection are the lone marks against him, and they could mean he gets to campus at Mississippi State, but he’s a top-three rounds talent.

BA Grade/Risk: 50/High
Adjusted Grade: 35
Track Record: Nori was one of the older high school players available in the 2024 draft, but the Phillies still felt strongly enough about his profile to select him 27th overall and pay him $2,497,500 to turn pro out of his Michigan high school rather than matriculate to Mississippi State. In his first full season as a pro, Nori raced from Low-A Clearwater to Double-A Reading and ranked among the top five in the organization in hits (127), walks (75) and stolen bases (52).
Scouting Report: Nori’s game is based on contact and speed, and he showed both skills in spades in 2025. His zone-miss rate was just 13.1%, good enough to place him among the best in the system. His at-bats are professional, he knows the strike zone and he has just enough raw thump to occasionally put a charge into a ball. To get to more power, he’ll need to add more of a load to his swing and put his lower half to better use, though his body is compact and likely maxed out, so he won’t be able to rely on further projection for a power boost. He also could stand to improve his direction to the ball, which scouts say sometimes includes a leak to his pull side. Nori is a solid center fielder who could get to plus by ironing out some of the routes he takes to fly balls, though his plus speed might help him make up for some of the messier paths. His fringe-average arm fits just fine up the middle but would limit him to left field if he had to move off the position.
The Future: Nori will return to Double-A Reading, where his experience in colder weather will help him survive the early months in the Eastern League. He has a chance to be a table-setter who gets on base and holds down center field, but he’ll need plenty of work to reach that ceiling.

BA Grade/Risk: 45/High.
Track Record: Rincones began his college career at St. Petersburg (Fla.) JC and finished at Florida Atlantic, where he slugged 19 home runs in just 58 games as a junior. The Phillies selected Rincones in the third round of the 2022 draft, and he spent the first portion of his pro career recovering from a torn right shoulder. Healthy in 2023, he showed the kind of impact that led the Phillies to call his name, but the injury bug struck again in 2024, limiting him to 68 games—mostly at Double-A—while recovering from surgery to repair a torn ligament in his right thumb.
Scouting Report: Rincones’ carrying tool is his power, which showed up in 26 extra-base hits—including 11 home runs—in just 59 games at Reading. He was one of just 11 minor leaguers to show that kind of impact in such a small number of games. He still needs to clean up some of his contact deficiencies—including an in-zone miss rate of nearly 25%—but his 90th percentile exit velocity points to plenty of loud contact. He was once again vexed by lefthanders, running a .596 OPS against them in 2024. As was the case in 2023, Rincones split his time between both corner outfield spots, though his reps were tilted toward right field. Though Phillies officials say Rincones has improved defensively, he is still likely to be a below-average defender with a potentially plus throwing arm. Despite the stolen base totals, Rincones is a 30-grade runner.
The Future: For the second straight year, Rincones was assigned to the Arizona Fall League to make up for lost time. If he can stay healthy in 2025, he’ll have a shot at the majors. Ultimately, he could fit as a powerful regular on a second-division club or as part of a platoon on a championship team.

Nori is a 5-foot-11, 188-pound outfielder who is already 19 and will turn 20 in October after the draft, which makes him one of the oldest prep players in the 2024 class. However, he happens to be one of the best athletes, one of the fastest runners and one of the most advanced hitters in the class as well. Nori was a consistent producer in games and employs a compact and direct swing from a wide base with limited pre-pitch movements and above-average bat-to-ball skills and pitch recognition. He makes impressive two-strike adjustments and utilizes the entire field with line drives in games, though he will flash solid-average raw power in batting practice and has a muscular and filled out frame. Nori is a consistent plus-plus runner who turned in the best 60-yard dash at Perfect Game’s National showcase and uses his speed effectively on the bases and in center field, where he should stick and be a solid defender. Nori’s age will surely hurt him for model-heavy teams who might prefer him to get to campus at Mississippi State, but it’s hard to find pure hitters and Nori does that while profiling at a premium position.
